Somewhere along the path we merged.
Maybe it was in the clink of a heel against marble. Or as the light shimmered through crystal and became water.
I found us in an ancient face draped in cloth and made of stone.
It feels like time has no beginning and no end.
So it only seems right to create as if it were the past.

Leopardessa è una collezione disegnata e creata dalla stilista americana Jessica Harris.
Lei è venuta a Roma negli anni ‘ 90 per vivere arte e sogni.
Ha frequentato l’accademia di Alta Moda dove si è formata con carta, tela, tessuto, ago e filo. Dal 2005, Jessica immagina un ideale silhouette femminile; tutto nato nel suo primo atelier a Trastevere, in vicolo del Leopardo. Tra un soggiorno a Parigi e varie visite a Berlino, la linea poi si è spostata a rione Monti sempre a Roma e prende il nome LEOPARDESSA, un po’ per annunciare con emphasis una vera boutique ma anche per pronunciare una trasformazione della linea o/a una realizzazione del personaggio di Jessica. Dopo aver passato un po’ di tempo a New York, si ritrova adesso nel suo studio LEOPARDESSA nel quartiere Pigneto che quando è open, ospita una selezione delle più belle idee della città, insieme ad abiti definiti da Jessica “teatrali” che sono scenografici ma anche eterei.
